Inside this book
Have you ever wondered why some people are so easy to communicate with while others seem impossible to understand? In Surrounded by Idiots, Thomas Erikson presents a simple framework for understanding differences in human behavior and communication.
Using four behavioral profiles represented by four colors—Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue—the book explores how people communicate, what motivates them, and how we can adapt our approach to different personalities.
Practical and accessible, it offers ideas for improving communication, handling conflict, understanding yourself, and building better relationships at work and in everyday life.
